Yes. Both Sanctuary Unlimited and Sanctuary Bespoke members may pause their recurring membership for up to 60 cumulative calendar days per membership year at zero administrative fee. Essential tier members may pause for up to 30 days per calendar year. Freezes can be initiated directly inside the Client Portal with 48 hours notice.

Each calendar month, members enrolled in Sanctuary Unlimited receive one complimentary guest pass credited directly to their app. You may assign this pass to any first-time guest or traveling companion when reserving a dual spot for classes. Passes do not roll over month-to-month.

Unlimited and Bespoke tiers receive complimentary, unfettered access to all 350+ masterclasses, sound meditations, and at-home mat reformer rituals on the Digital Studio iOS/Android apps. Essential members and Class Pack holders can add Digital Studio access for a preferred supplemental fee of $24/month.

Monthly recurring memberships operate on a rolling 30-day rhythm with no annual lock-in; cancellation requests must simply be submitted 7 calendar days before the following billing cycle. Class packs are non-refundable once purchased but remain entirely transferable to friends or family upon notification to our concierge desk.
