Booking Policy & Studio Etiquette
MindBody Sanctuary is built upon collective serenity, spatial cleanliness, and uninterrupted energetic focus. We kindly invite our members to honor the studio protocols below.
12-Hour Cancellation
Class bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled without fee up to 12 hours prior to the session start. Late cancellations forfeit the class credit.
Grip Socks Required
For reformer hygiene and precision balance, non-slip grip socks are strictly mandatory on all reformer carriages. Studio grip socks are available for purchase.
Arrival 10 Min Prior
Please arrive 10 minutes before class commences. To preserve the meditative atmosphere, studio doors lock precisely on start time with no late entry permitted.
Complimentary Linens
Antimicrobial Manduka mats, organic cotton workout towels, and chilled eucalyptus shower towels are complimentary for every sanctuary participant.
Quiet Sanctuary Zone: Footwear is respectfully removed upon stepping inside our threshold. Mobile phones should be silenced and stowed within digital detox lockers.
